Integrated Fitness of Dover is a private fitness facility located in Dover, New Hampshire. They work with people from all ages and all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced athletes. Integrated Fitness offers both personal training and small group classes.

 

The Integrated Fitness facility provides an atmosphere that is encouraging and comfortable for clients to meet with their trainer, allowing them to reach their fitness goals. They seek to inspire personal trainers and coaches to become the best representation of their trade, reaching their full potential, educationally and financially.

• Use of water saving toilets

• Both owners of Integrated Fitness drive hybrid/fully electric vehicles
