Come enjoy stunning views of Maine while helping support the Loon Echo Trust at the Loon Echo Trek slated for Saturday, September 17. Located at Green Alliance business partner Shawnee Peak Ski Area in Bridgton, Maine, this event will offer a bit of everything to excite all that come join the fun!

The Loon Echo Trust fights to protect almost 4,000 acres of land and over 22 miles of trails throughout seven towns of Bridgton, Casco, Denmark, Naples, Harrison, Sebago and Raymond. This beautiful area offers a bit of everything with endless fields, lakes and mountains to peak each person’s interest. Come hike or bike through Maine’s natural beauty while helping support the mission of Loon Echo.

With many options The Loon Echo Trek is sure to please all.  A six mile hike, also known as the “Taste Trek” along Pleasant Mountain’s Ridge will be available featuring gourmet rest strops as you walk. Also featured are three options for bike treks. A 25, 50 and 100 mile bike ride are all offered to help suit the experience of the rider. Loon Echo Land Trust will also host a party throughout the day to help celebrate everyone’s achievements with a free BBQ lunch, beer, massages and a place where people can come together.
