Most breweries are known more for their beer than for their food. But Redhook Brewery’s dining, revitalized by an emphasis on local, all-natural food, may start rivaling the popularity of its nationally-known beer.

The Portsmouth-based Cataqua Pub at Redhook Brewery is now offering a dedicated all-natural section of the menu that’s, according to Pub general manager Ryan Colwell, “antibiotic-free, hormone-free, and chemical-free.” And this isn’t just salads we’re talking; the menu includes delicious chicken, burgers, and even pork, all sourced from New England farms, not industrial slaughterhouses in the Midwest... to read more click here.
