City residents can expect a change of the recycling scenery downtown in the coming months. Due to the initiative and work of the members of Zero Waste Portsmouth, rusty downtown bins may soon be replaced by artistic, zero waste stations.

ZWP is teaming up with the Portsmouth school system to design the waste stations.
