KITTERY, Maine — The Green Alliance, in conjunction with Haley Farm Art Gallery, will host its first Green Expo, "Green Business in the Community," from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday on the gallery grounds.

The free event is open to the public and will showcase local green businesses, from biofuels to solar and geothermal energy, to sustainable clothing merchants, a local green information technology company, sustainable foods and more. Eco-art will be on display, and the event will include workshops on green energy systems like solar, geothermal, biofuels and composting.  To read more click here
