Title: Curriculum Developer / Instructional Coordinator & Customer Service

Function:
Design and implement curriculum that provides students with high quality, environmentally-based education. Work closely with teachers and school administrators to confirm that the curriculum meets education standards for each age group appropriately. Additionally, act as an agent or liaison between the school, end customer and Revolution Energy Partners / employees.

Curriculum Developer / Instructional Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Create an Educational Program for Clients of Revolution Energy
  • The design of each curriculum module will vary based on age group and educational requirements - a la carte
  • Create a syllabus, Power Point presentations, research / homework assignments, grading, and scripts as necessary
  • May assist in other marketing platforms for the Company
  • Responsible for updating training documents on a consistent basis and working closely with subject matter experts to evaluate and revise training tools as appropriate
     

Customer Service responsibilities include:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow-up on customer interactions
     

Education

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, English, or Education
  • Two-years experience in field or related field
  • Must obtain a teaching or education administrator license for the state where their school is located

Skills

  • Strong written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills to write and teach curriculum to students
  •  Excellent computer skills and some experience in working with computer-based training tools such as web conferencing software
  • Some knowledge of social networking websites such as Twitter and Facebook
  • Understanding copyright and trademark rules for writing and delivering content
  • Strong desire to work in the renewables industry
