CODE OF CONDUCT

This Code of Conduct sets forth the guiding principles governing our activities as Green Alliance business partners.

Confidentiality...We will protect confidentiality and privacy. We will honor and respect leads and information which are given in a sensitive or confidential fashion. We will recognize and respect the value and confidentiality of the information shared and will adhere to any restriction on its use or disclosure.

Integrity...We are professional and responsible in our business dealings. We will conduct our business dealings competently and professionally and in a manner that reflects favorably on The Green Alliance. We will comply with applicable laws and regulations and will not engage in deceptive,misleading or unethical practices. We will not disparage the products or services of our fellow members or wrongfully interfere with their businesses.

Generosity...We will share information with our fellow partners and will help build their businesses. We will conduct ourselves in a spirit of generosity, and will contribute leads and other valuable information or advice to our fellow members, consistent with our exercise of good judgment and discretion. We shall not expect a recipient of our generosity to reciprocate by providing a lead, referral or monetary compensation. We will provide discounts to Co-op members.

Consideration/Communication...We will treat each other and partner customers in a considerate and respectful way. We recognize that success depends on effective communication. We will express our needs, views and interests effectively and also will listen open-mindedly and attentively to the advice and information provided by other partners, and the Environmental Advisory Board.

Farsightedness...We will develop and act in accordance with a sense of responsibility to the Green Alliance as a Community. We recognize that long-term mutually beneficial relationships are often the key to success in business as well as life. We will strive to help the group as a whole, in the hopes that all partners, including ourselves, will ultimately benefit in an equitable fashion.

Commitment to the Environment...As businesses we will strive to engage in sustainable practices that will reduce dependence on fossil fuels, synthetic substances and encroachment on nature.
