Green Story
Now or Never is a series of stories about solutions to climate change for television broadcast and the web. Now or Never is a project of Now or Never Media, a Portsmouth, NH based collaborative of talented media producers with decades of combined experience in creating award-winning environmental and socially-relevant media that have appeared on PBS and in classrooms, communities, and agencies in the US and abroad. Now or Never has teamed with the Union of Concerned Scientists, as well as Clean Air – Cool Planet to produce provocative, thought-provoking video shorts which seek to educate and inform local citizenry about actions being taken – as well as action that needs to be taken – in order to curb the seemingly inevitable effects of global warming. For Now Or Never, “It's about people taking action in their homes, communities, businesses, schools, faith place. It's about a groundswell of energy to rethink energy. We're starting in the Northeastern US because that's where we are.” A newly anointed member of the GA, Now Or Never will no doubt serve as an indispensable resource for businesses looking to advertise their strides towards green and sustainable practices, as well as continuing to serve as a community clarion call dedicated to raising the issue of global warming to due prominence and immediacy through varying mediums.
