The New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association is kicking off its fourth annual Restaurant Week from Friday, March 20- March 27. Sponsored in part by the Coca Cola Bottling Company of Northern New England (CCNNE), Restaurant Week encourages residents to explore over 100 participating dining establishments across the state for a full-blown three course meal set at a fixed price. With so much extra food available at an affordable cost, Restaurant Week provides a major boost to our local eateries.

One such restaurant to experience the benefits of Restaurant Week is 900 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria. Located in Manchester and Epping, 900 Degrees was founded by Priscilla Lane-Rondeau back in 2007 and strives to p

rovide customers with an authentic Italian experience, making their pizza the way it was originally conceived in Naples. 900 Degrees puts a great amount of care into making their pizza, using nothing but the freshest ingredients and daily-made dough.

900 Degrees puts an equal amount of effort into sustainability as well. LED lighting and motion sensors are used throughout the restaurant, ingredients are sourced locally whenever and wherever possible, and all paints and finishes are done with low VOC paints. In addition, 900 Degrees uses green cleaning products and follows a very comprehensive recycling program.

With their combination of traditional Italian taste and forward-thinking green initiatives, 900 Degrees is sure to be a hit at this years Restaurant Week.
