Due to our success and continued growth we are looking for a seasoned site worker who is ready to grow with us. We are looking for somebody who can be responsible for residential and commercial site work. The person in this role needs to be able to leave the traditional way of working behind and try new methods to improve the Ridgeview Construction experience and our product.

If being a passionate site worker (both residential and commercial), delivering high customer service, being able to plan multiple site work projects, sounds like you, and you are well experienced with residential and commercial site work, (being a licensed septic installer is a requirement), than you would be a great fit for our team.

A well experienced site worker knows what it takes to be called an expert. Here are some of those skills and qualifications we believe fits an expert site worker:

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Play an integral role in a broad range of site-work activities ranging from site grading to septic installation;
  • Operating the following equipment: bulldozer, excavators, loaders and site-trucks and other equipment;
  • Responsible for coordinating and communication with the Project Manager, employees, Subcontractors and Suppliers;
  • Responsible for delivering the Site work aspect of the company’s work on time and on budget;
  • Planning and executing the transportation of equipment from site to site;
  • Performing maintenance on equipment;
  • Plan and execute ordering of materials
  • Plan and manage site developments and budget
  • Qualifications
  • Over 5 years’ experience in operating bulldozer, excavators, loaders and other equipment;
  • Licensed NH septic installer and MA hoisting license;
  • Clean driving record (no violations in the last 2 years);
  • Customer & team oriented;
  • Able to plan work by reading blue prints;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Able to ask for clarification when needed;
  • Able to adjust to changing business needs.
  • Ridgeview Construction manages projects in New Hampshire, southern Maine and Northern Massachusetts. Any candidate should anticipate a significant commute.
