EXETER – In a sign of continued strength for the solar energy sector, ReVision Energy has added two sales professionals to its Exeter branch.

The company said the hiring of Jonathan Gregory and Jason Tuttle highlight the rapid growth of the solar installer in New Hampshire. Revision has grown from one representative in 2010 to the current staff of 19 full-time employees working out of a 7,000 square-foot solar showroom and warehouse in Brentwood.

“We are delighted to add Jonathan and Jason to the team,” said Dan Clapp, operations manager of the Exeter Office. “They each bring a wealth of relevant experience and knowledge that will be vital to us as we work to help more homeowners and businesses transition to cost-effective, clean solar energy.”

Gregory was most recently employed at SunRay Solar, a locally owned and operated solar integrator based in Concord where he lives. JHe has been a great contributor to, acting as a field organizer and helping to facilitate the development of the 350 NH Chapter. Gregory has deep roots promoting renewable energy and sustainable business and will help ReVision Energy service clients in the northern part of New Hampshire and Vermont.

Tuttle grew up on his family’s farm in South Berwick and was educated as a civil engineer. He has worked in sales for a large lumber company and also on his family farm, before changing careers to focus on opportunities in solar energy. Tuttle plans to solarize his home in Portsmouth this summer.

Also in 2013, ReVision Energy added electrician Brian Valle, and promoted Nathan Legere from Warehouse Assistant to Warehouse Manager. Clapp said the company’s growth was tied to increasing demand for solar energy systems.

“2013 was the best year for solar ever in the United States,” Clapp said. “It was the 2nd most installed new source of energy, and for the first time in fifteen years the U.S. installed more solar panels than Germany, the world leader in solar. Today solar employs over 120,000 Americans and we are proud to play our part, though there is much more work to be done transitioning our region from fossil-energy dependence to renewable solar power.”

Founded in 2003, ReVision Energy has locations in Liberty and Portland, Maine, and Exeter. It has installed more than 3,000 residential and commercial solar energy systems across Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont energy systems in New England.
